That's interesting. In the Peas of Pie, you've got 5g+39g+13g=57g of macronutrients in a 130g serving. The other pizzas have 63-71g of macronutrients in the same weight serving. What makes up the rest of the weight of the serving?
ReplyDeleteHi Jeff!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your question.
Most of the rest of the weight is water. Although we use some water to make our dough, much of the water weight comes naturally bound within the veggies (in our dough), the sauce and cheese. Fiber, vitamins and minerals make up the rest of the weight.
Thanks again for commenting.
P.S.: Tina hopes you're having a great trip!
